REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

•Items not in their original condition or with missing parts not due to our error

•Items purchased on sale or during promotions

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days. Refunds for credit card purchases are subject to a 7% processing fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

1.Check your bank account.

2.Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at david@lokalph.com for assistance.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return a product, please email us at david@lokalph.com for the return address.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
